BCR / Collective art painted with trust

We all need to feel that somebody cares about us and wants to make us feel the best. It doesn’t have to be a certain person, it can even be a company. This thing grows our self-esteem.

We used this principle of self-esteem when BCR told us they had to create a new office building for over 1600 employees. More precisely, we applied the idea of trust by letting its own employees design each one of the floors under the guidance of Kitra artist.

BCR believes that Romania needs people who trust themselves. And a bank ready to support them. The bank took this role and promised to be a real partner and mentor for these people. It committed itself to mediate and support the development of communities to which it belongs through its solid principle of trust.

Together, Kitra and BCR employees expressed their views of art on the walls of the new building. Moreover, each one of these floors had a theme: one was about graffiti, another one with traditional and Danube Delta motives and another one about castles like Peleș or Corvin.

Even the reception floor was decorated with pictures made by BCR employees during a contest which was juried and selected by the known photographer Adi Bulboacă.

This whole project was a collective piece of art built around BCR values. It shows the trust this bank has in its employees. Also, these act represents their ability to make something by believing in themselves, just like BCR thinks all Romanians should do.
